About
A small team that ships whole products.
Anvilstack is a Norwegian product studio. We are small on purpose: the people who scope the work are the people who write the code, and nothing is handed to a delivery layer that was not in the room when the decisions were made.
- 1
- Named contact, start to finish
- 2 weeks
- From first call to something deployed
- 100%
- Of the code and infrastructure is yours
The promise
One person, all the way through.
You deal with me, not an anonymous support queue or an account manager who changes every quarter. I take in the need, assemble the right team for it, and follow the work personally from the first call to delivery.
How we are set up
Nordic-led, delivered globally.
Strategy, architecture and the client relationship stay in Norway. Delivery does not have to, which is what keeps the cost comparable to Poland or the Baltics — with the business development and marketing capacity a pure delivery shop does not carry at all.
Norwegian on both ends
Contract, invoicing and the person you call are all local. Norwegian or English, whichever you prefer.
One time zone that matters
The team overlaps a full Norwegian working day, so a question asked in the morning is answered the same morning.
More than engineers
Positioning, campaigns and sales support come from the same team, not a second vendor you have to brief.
The team
The people who do the work.
No bench, no rotating juniors. These are the people who will be on your project.

How we work
Five things you can hold us to.
Fixed price on the first sprint
Agreed in writing before anyone starts. If it takes longer than we said, that is our problem, not your invoice.
You own everything from day one
Code, infrastructure, accounts and domains are in your name from the first commit. There is nothing to negotiate later.
Deployed, not demoed
Every sprint ends with something running on a real environment you can open, not a recording of it working.
We tell you when to stop
If the smallest version already answers the question, we will say so rather than sell you the rest of the roadmap.
One named contact
The same person from the first call to delivery. No account manager handover, no support queue.
Test us with one sprint.
Two weeks, a real deliverable, and a clear picture of how we work.
